We are hiring a Licensed Electrical Journeyman or Master Licensed Electrician. Come join in our success!
Pay Range: Up to $40.00/hour for Journeyman, higher for Master Licensed Electrician. Plenty of OT hours available.
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Responsibilities:
Please note: this role requires extensive travel. Road warriors welcome!
  • Direct teams in installing and repairing electrical equipment on cell phone towers and associated ground buildings
  • Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines
  • Advise teams on performing routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, ensuring inspections are passed
  • Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a cell tower site
  • Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
  • Inspect cell tower and civil installations for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed
  • Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews
  • Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work
  • Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations

Qualifications:
  • Be a licensed Journeyman Electrician (Class A) or Master Licensed Electrician
  • Experience in the construction industry, telecom industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Have a valid Driver's License
