Mentor and manage a team of BI professionals, providing coaching, feedback, prioritization support, and professional development opportunities.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and appropriate governance across BI systems and reporting processes.

Stay current with BI, reporting, analytics, and data visualization trends to support continuous improvement in BI methodologies.

Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and roadmap development for BI projects.
