  • Enrollment in an Automotive Technician Apprenticeship Program in your 3rd or 4th year

  • Strong interest in automotive diagnostics and repair

  • Experience with Ford/Lincoln is an asset but not required

  • Basic proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and electrical systems

  • Strong work ethic, team mentality, and a desire to learn

  • Valid driver's license
