Entry Level Auto information

Is 27 too late to become a mechanic?

Entry-level auto mechanic positions are open to individuals of various ages, and starting at 27 is not too late. Many mechanics begin their training or apprenticeships in their late teens or early twenties, but age does not typically disqualify someone from entering the field, especially if they are willing to learn skills such as engine repair, diagnostics, and using tools like scan tools. Gaining relevant certifications and hands-on experience can help improve job prospects regardless of age.
