YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 3+ years of professional or internship experience in computer science, design, information systems, electrical engineering or related discipline; master's degree is a plus
  • Expert proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React/Angular, HTML/CSS, Node) and a strong foundation in Python for backend development and intelligent automation
  • Experience with, or a strong desire to master, modern AI development frameworks like Langchain for orchestrating autonomous workflows, platforms like Amazon Bedrock for leveraging foundation models, and libraries like PydanticAI for ensuring structured, reliable data outputs
  • Proven ability to architect and deploy complex AI systems by leveraging critical tooling, including frameworks for Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, interoperability standards like MCP, and integrating essential components like vector databases for memory and observability tools for tracing and evaluation
  • A strong command of UI/UX principles, applied not only to building clean user interfaces but also to designing intuitive human-in-the-loop workflows for overseeing and interacting with AI agents
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g., D3.js) to not only represent analytics but also to create dashboards for monitoring and observing the behavior of autonomous AI agents
  • Experience with web testing, debugging, API integration, analytics, and KPI optimization
  • Exposure to responsive and/or native mobile development
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through a personal project portfolio
  • An active GitHub and/or personal web portfolio showcasing relevant web development, workflow automation, or applied AI projects
