About the Role
We are a fast-growing technology company seeking a highly experienced B2B Appointment Setter to support our outbound sales team. This role is focused on consistently generating qualified appointments through outbound prospecting.
This is a true outbound role. There are no inbound leads. You will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, navigating organizations, and setting high-quality appointments using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
We are only considering candidates with proven success in B2B appointment setting. This role requires someone who understands how to work through gatekeepers, engage business decision-makers, and consistently deliver qualified meetings for a sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to businesses across target markets
- Identify and connect with decision-makers and key influencers
- Set qualified appointments that meet defined criteria for the sales team
- Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support outreach and follow-up
- Maintain strong daily activity levels across calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Track all activity, contacts, and outcomes in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and performance
Compensation & Incentives
- $18–$22/hour base pay based on experience and performance
- Bonus and commission opportunities tied directly to appointments and results
- Performance-based growth in compensation
Total earning potential: $50,000–$70,000+ annually for experienced, high-performing candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound sales is required
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting quotas
- Strong ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- High level of discipline, consistency, and work ethic
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
