JOB DESCRIPTION: As a contingency dental secretary, you will be assigned to partner clinics during absences, peak periods, or occasional needs. You will ensure the smooth administrative operation of the clinic and represent the first impression to patients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcoming patients in person and on the phone with professionalism Manage appointment scheduling and the clinical calendar Prepare and update patient files (paper and electronic) Perform invoicing, insurance claims, and follow-ups.
