Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, conducting in-home consultations, presenting exterior remodeling solutions, and closing sales. This role requires a motivated, professional, and goal-driven individual who can build strong relationships with homeowners, deliver an excellent customer experience, and represent the company with integrity.

The Sales Representative will manage the sales process from initial contact through project handoff while maintaining accurate records and consistently working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-generate leads and appointment opportunities through door knocking, networking referrals, and other sales activities.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their needs, goals, and project expectations.
  • Recommend appropriate exterior remodeling products and services based on the homeowner's needs.
  • Deliver clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project handoff.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify referral opportunities.
  • Attend team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions as required.
  • Represent the company and brand in a professional, trustworthy, and ethical manner.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.

Qualifications  

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in home improvement, construction, exterior remodeling, or a related industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based ion homeowner availability.
