R3 Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into the Gurnee, Illinois market, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help launch our newest territory. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level and play a key role in building our presence throughout Gurnee and the surrounding communities.

Join the founding sales team helping launch R3 Roofing & Exteriors' newest market in Northern Illinois.

As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), your primary responsibility is simple: connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections.

You are not responsible for performing inspections or closing sales.

Once a homeowner expresses interest, you will schedule an appointment and hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer), who conducts the inspection, meets with the homeowner, and manages the sales process.

This allows you to focus on what you do bestmeeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.

Compensation

$40 for every qualified lead generated

Additional $160 for every closed deal
