Job Description

Do you enjoy meeting new people? Does the thought of helping relieve business owners of payroll burdens intrigue you? Are you confident in your sales abilities? If so, this opportunity may be for you! We are seeking an outside business-to-business sales representative with at least 3 years prior B2B sales experience and a proven track record. Our Outside Sales Representatives direct 2-3 sales leads daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses with the goal of showing them the benefits of our payroll services. You will be expected to handle all aspects of the sales process, including: prospecting, setting appointments, developing relationships, creating written proposals, presenting the proposals, and closing the sale. You will be proficient with Salesforce CRM database and entering sales data in the database.

The successful candidate is self-motivated, self-disciplined, and goal oriented.  He or she must demonstrate strong communications skills, in particular strong listening skills with the ability to uncover the real challenges the client is facing with his payroll service. The successful candidate also displays an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents and CEO's. He or she must possess a strong results-oriented work ethic and sense of integrity and must be professional, upbeat, enthusiastic, dependable and honest.
