United Better Homes is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with homeowners, building rapport, and helping schedule appointments for our home improvement specialists.

We provide qualified leads—you focus on contacting homeowners and booking appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Call company-provided leads and follow up with prospective customers
  • Schedule appointments for roofing, solar, windows, doors, siding, HVAC, and weatherization consultations
  • Confirm and update appointment information in our CRM system
  • Follow up with homeowners who have requested information
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call
