Mandatory

Sales Experience (7+ years of direct sales experience or phone sales or a combination)

Must have prior experience scheduling phone appointments

Must have prior experience phone sales experience

Must have prior experience COLD-CALLING

Must be 100% proficient within Ring Central software

Previous remote work experience is required

Must be tech and software proficient

Laptop / Desktop / Cellphone

Primary Responsibilities

Represent Clark Energies and support new client onboarding

Contact company-provided leads to schedule qualified appointments

Manage inbound calls and convert prospects into appointments

Schedule, reschedule, and verify appointments

Maintain clear communication with consultants and clients

Participate in company communication channels

Collect client reviews and referrals

Ensure appointment accuracy and adherence to company standards

Provide homeowners with introductory education on the benefits of renewable energy
