About the job Appointment & Services Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Appointment & Services Coordinator. In this position, you will help clients manage important planning details by coordinating requested services, keeping schedules organized, and ensuring information is communicated clearly throughout the process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, calendar management, research, and handling multiple details at once. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational support are provided.
What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients to gather preferred dates, destinations, service needs, interests, budget information, and special requests.
  • Research available accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and other requested vacation services.
  • Coordinate selected arrangements and organize appointments, reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details.
  • Monitor upcoming dates and outstanding items, provide timely updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard changes when necessary.
  • Keep client records current, review important details for accuracy, and continue developing knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and available services.
