Description
Create documents, spreadsheets, and announcements, maintain official records, assist with scheduling and electronic procurement, provide information and assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors, and perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Standard working hours: 40 hours per week with some flexibility between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Salary: $2,600 per month.
Start date: July 6, 2026.
Closing Date: May 31, 2026, or open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and Microsoft Office proficiency required. Diploma or Associate Degree in Office Management or a related field, preferred.
