This role serves as the global FP&A lead for Applied Global Services (AGS), owning financial consolidation, performance analysis, and executive-level insights. The FP&A Manager leads a team of analysts and partners with business leaders to drive financial performance, planning, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own AGS full P&L consolidation, including close support, variance analysis, and executive reporting packages
  • Lead global financial cadence (forecast, quarterly outlook, annual planning), including calendar governance and target setting
  • Provide actionable insights and storytelling to AGS leadership (drivers, risks, opportunities)
  • Partner with various finance teams to drive performance alignment across groups
  • Manage balance sheet and working capital metrics (FCF, DSO, DIO) with clear improvement actions
  • Develop long-range business models to support growth, margin expansion, and operating leverage
  • Lead process and system enhancements, including automation and integration across FP&A tools
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytics and scalable processes

* AGS(Applied Global Services) drives Applied Materials' expansion into fab-wide services, ensuring customer fabs run at peak performance. AGS offers comprehensive solutions-including materials, spare parts, engineering expertise, and outsourced maintenance-throughout the equipment lifecycle. Leveraging AI-driven insights and a global parts distribution network, AGS optimizes system performance, improves yield, and increases output.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
  • Leadership : Manages and develops a team of analysts; sets priorities and drives execution
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to link financial results to operational drivers and business strategy
  • Problem Solving : Identifies and resolves complex business and operational issues with structured thinking

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years of FP&A / finance experience
  • Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor / services business experience
  • Experience working with regional finance teams
  • Advanced modeling and data analytics skills

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
