Major Responsibilities*** Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover, Haiku.* Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.* Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.* Participate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates, IRIS reinstall support, Kuiper and System Pulse operations.* Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.**II.
