Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle (charter, plan, RACI, risk register, reporting)for IT Projects.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multi-workstream programs.

  • Own project financials - budget, resourcing, and cost governance with IT FinOps.

  • Lead sprint planning and release management for AI initiatives (AVA AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, Internal AI).

  • Track technical debt, build failures, and dependency risks with engineering leads.

  • Own project plans and resourcing forprojects, migrations, and dashboard delivery.

  • Partner with Infrastructure on network, systems, cloud, and endpoint initiatives.

  • Partner with CISO on security/compliance projects (audits, risk remediation, access governance), applying the same governance rigor as AI initiatives.

  • ConnectPMlayer across IT sub-functions, managing cross-team dependencies (apps, data, AI, infrastructure, security).

  • Facilitate steering committee updates; escalate risks proactively.

  • Run Agile ceremonies viaKaleris PMO application andmaintainroadmaps.

  • Drive change management, UAT, and go-live readiness.

  • Track sprint velocity, release readiness, andadoptionmetrics.

  • Report portfolio status and financials to CIO/ELT/SLT.

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into backlog items.

  • Maintain relationships with stakeholdersand team leads.

  • Contribute to PMO governance standards and templates.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of IT project management experience,including proven experience concurrently managing three or moredeliverytracksacross: enterprise applications (Salesforce/ERP/Certinia), AI/data platform initiatives, BI/analytics platforms, infrastructure, and security/compliance programs.

  • Familiarity with Azure (AI Foundry, DevOps, Key Vault, App Service) and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.

  • Strong command of Jira/Confluenceand project management toolfor agile execution tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as the single accountable PM across three or more simultaneous cross-domain tracks (applications, infrastructure, AI/BI, and/or security), rather than sequential or single-domainprojects.

  • Familiarity with IT security/compliance project constructs (audit remediation, access reviews, risk registers) sufficient to manage timelines and stakeholder communication.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, written/verbal communication, and executive reporting skills.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, orSAFecertification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owningprojectartifacts (deployment guides, stage-gate/risk reviews).

  • Experience working alongside CISO/security teams on compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar).

  • Exposure to infrastructure/cloud operations projects (network, identity, endpoint, or data center/cloud migration).

  • Experienceoperatingwithin a growing/scaling PMO function, including building or refining governance templates.
