Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract with Strong Extension Potential
 

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of strategic technology initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on project leadership role responsible for driving enterprise application projects across ERP, CRM, integrations, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who can effectively partner with business stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise application projects from initiation through deployment and transition to support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate efforts across business teams, application teams, technical resources, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Drive delivery of application enhancements, integrations, upgrades, reporting initiatives, and technology transformation projects.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and implementation readiness activities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Provide clear and concise project updates to management and business leadership.
  • Support change management, adoption, training, and business readiness activities.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise application projects.
  • Proven experience delivering projects involving:
    • SAP
    • Salesforce
    • Siebel
    • ServiceNow
    • ERP, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex business environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Comfortable working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications
