Duration: 12+ Months

Required:

8 Years of Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff.

8 Years of Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement.

7 Years Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.

6 Years of Experience developing project and work plans and leading stakeholders through project activities.

6 Years Skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders

6 Years Skilled in change management and change readiness practices

4 Years of Experience with Strategic, Roadmap and or Implementation Plan among complex organizations.

Preferred:

4Years of Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues.

5 Years of Strong experience with Microsoft toolset - Word, Project, Visio, Excel.

5 Years of Experience with state government, federal or complex private sector organization

5 Years of Experience managing cross-agency, enterprise initiatives, Enterprise Information Management

5 Years of Experience with Information Technology and Information Management projects

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
