About the Role

Own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned product groups, along with intake and triage. The Project Manager runs the cadence (standups across the sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup), and manages dependencies, issues, and risks for the assigned  product groups. They own the client delivery-lead relationship, and act as the single point of contact with product group Leads.

What You'll Do
  • Own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned Product Groups, including intake and triage.
  • Run the cadence: standups across the sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup.
  • Manage dependencies, issues, and risks for the assigned product groups.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the client product group Leads.
Key Deliverables
  • One owner per track, keeping its Product Groups on schedule.
  • A clear line of sight into how the BU's delivery is tracking.
  • Weekly status submissions, inputs that feed the PMO rollup.
  • RAID / dependency register - risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Issue and blocker escalations and resolutions.
What You'll Bring
  • Delivery / programme management experience across multiple teams or product groups.
  • Planning, tracking, and status-reporting discipline, including running cadence standups and producing weekly status.
  • RAID and dependency management.
  • Intake and triage judgement.
  • Stakeholder management, including owning a single-point-of-contact relationship with client leads.
  • Ability to coordinate a two-in-the-box delivery model.
  • Escalation judgement and issue/blocker resolution.
  • Comfort using AI tools to complete job functions.
