Overview

Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, communicating project status, and delivering every projects on time, within budget and scope.  Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, comfortable managing multiple tasks, team players, and have problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

 

1.     B.S. Degree in Nursing, Business, Systems, or  related field or Five (5) years healthcare financial or clinical experience

 

2.     Two (2) years healthcare financial, clinical systems, or training experience (with B.S. Degree)

 

3.     Excellent analytical, client -facing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

4. Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector

5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
