We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver complex construction projects across commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, clean room, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Support project execution from award through closeout.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Utilize Procore, MS Project, Sage, and Bluebeam to manage project performance.
  • Support multiple projects ranging from $500K to $20M.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
  • Experience with commercial construction projects; clean room, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or semiconductor experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and take-offs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Sage, or similar construction software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
