Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management to lead and manage critical SAP projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate willpossess a strong background in SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations,ensuring that company objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end SAP project management, including planning, execution,monitoring, and closure.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with businessobjectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track progressagainst goals.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration amongstakeholders.
* Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Facilitate regular status meetings and provide project updates to seniormanagement.
* Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards.
* Work closely with technical teams for system configuration, testing, anddeployment.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and teammembers.
* Ensure project documentation is maintained according to standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project deliveryprocesses.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relatedfield (Master's preferred)
* At least 8 years of SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs
* Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Programmanager roles with hands on experience of end to end Brownfield orGreenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs
* The candidate is expected to play the role of Program Manager for S/4Upgrade & Migration engagements
* Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manageengagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buyinof proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, directon-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagementeconomics and manage engagement risk.
* Should have led business development and proposal response activities asanchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue andnew account generation.
* Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including changemanagement
* Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams abig plus
* Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of Hi-Tech industry is a bigplus
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
* Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
* Strong English verbal and written skills
* Strong interpersonal & client management skills

Salary Range

$170,000 - $190,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
