Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical and creative development aspects of one or more projects
  • Provide leadership to a technical team and interface with client's project team
  • Gather requirements and conduct business process analysis through effective communication with technology staff and business stakeholders
  • Manage requirements and process flows throughout the SDLC of the project
  • Manage the scope, schedule, cost, risk and issues of the project and track the progress
  • Regular status reporting and presentations to senior management, clients and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain business and technical documentation, such as project plans, use cases, application business process flows, page specifications, QA plans and scripts, and application architecture diagrams
Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience managing the successful delivery of web-based applications
  • Experience in managing custom web development projects
  • Experience in the deployment of package implementations
  • Ability to manage and interact with executive-level clients
  • Experience in facilitating technical and creative requirements sessions with clients
  • Participating in pre-sales meetings and proposal development
  • Specific experience with content management systems and building applications for eCommerce, mobile, social networking, workflow and document management
  • Agile methodology: certification is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; PMI certification a plus
