Job description

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:
The IT Lending Solutions Applications Manager provides strategic business analysis services to our business partners. Responsible for day-to-day operations and direct supervision of Lending applications. The focus of this position is to work closely with all business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, processes, services, roadmaps, and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to tracking project capabilities, and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand how the business is doing at reaching their goals and addressing any business challenges. The IT Lending Solutions Applications Manager is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Partner effectively with all levels of the organization, manage projects and drive results, provide metrics and reports, and proactively identify and resolve problems. This role is also responsible for recommending and instituting business analysis best practices, tools, and methodology towards standardization of BA deliverables and procedures, and collaborating with Development and Testers to uphold and improve Agile processes.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am โ€“ 5:00pm with additional hours as needed at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years job related experience.
  • 2+ years mortgage industry experience with strong knowledge of general loan origination software and processes.
  • Previous supervisory experience or proven leadership skills.
  • ITIL Certification, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Mortgage, Consumer and Commercial compliance, rules and regulations.
  • Experience with Encompass and Meridian Link banking applications and FICS Mortgage Servicing, preferred.
  • Strong, efficient project management skills.
  • Familiarity with RPA machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience with Lean Software Development Principles โ€“ Scrum, Kanban, DEVOPS, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively analyze and define problems as well as design and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong and effective troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $89,500.00 to $112,000.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
