Job Title: Project Manager - Business Applications

Locations: Jacksonville, FL or Waltham, MA | Hybrid

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of project management experience leading the delivery of enterprise IT application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing cross-functional projects, with significant experience overseeing Salesforce-related implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

    This role will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, maintaining project governance, and delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, vendors, and executive leadership.

    What You Will Get To Do:

    • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT application projects.
    • Manage Salesforce projects, including new implementations, application enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and platform upgrades.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
    • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance resources, architects, and external vendors.
    • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, training, and change management activities.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, where applicable.
    • Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.

    What You Will Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience leading enterprise IT application initiatives.
    • Demonstrated success delivering projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
    • Experience managing project timelines, scope, risks, and resources.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
    • Experience coordinating technical and business teams in a matrixed environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience managing Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related Salesforce solutions.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
