DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The ideal candidate will design, build, and evolve digital applications by leveraging modern AI capabilities, working closely with operations, process technology, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions in a steel manufacturing environment.
The Basics:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Python and/or C#/.NET development
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, understand, and modify existing systems and codebases
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based source control (GitHub and/or GitLab)
  • Experience working across both new development and existing applications
  • Exposure to or interest in AI development (LLMs, prompts, automation, AI-assisted coding)
  • Experience working with OT / industrial environments preferred
  • Experience in steel industry strongly preferred

The Extras:
  • Experience building or using AI agents / copilots
  • Background in machine learning, computer vision, or process optimization
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience designing systems with APIs and modular architecture
