Job description

  • Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions.
    • Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins.
    • Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.
    • Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products.
  • Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
  • Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures
  • Attend and participate in required trainings
  • Participate in the after hour and weekend 'On-Call' rotation
  • This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
