To thrive as an Applications Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks, often supported by a relevant associate's degree or administrative experience. Familiarity with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), applicant tracking systems, and data entry platforms is commonly required.
