Arthrex is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Analyst – Enterprise Network to join the Network Implementation Team, which supports global data transport across WAN, LAN, load balancing, firewalls, cloud networking, and related systems. This team delivers stable, high-performing network solutions that support sales, manufacturing, and business operations worldwide. Strong Cisco platform expertise, supported by extensive hands‑on experience, CCNP certification, or related credentials, is strongly preferred. Experience with Citrix NetScaler, Palo Alto firewalls, Microsoft Azure, and mentoring junior team members is also beneficial. Excellent communication, analytical, and technical project management skills are essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, operate, and maintain Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms and architecture.
  • Administer and support Palo Alto Panorama for centralized firewall management, software lifecycle management, policy deployment, and compliance reporting.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, and cloud connectivity services.
  • Deliver global highly available applications with Citrix Netscaler and other load balancing technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operational support teams.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and system improvements.
  • Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
  • Support of multiple locations worldwide.
  • Complete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and technical support duties as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate, updated documentation while performing essential job duties.
  • Assist other analysts with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for next generation firewall platforms including Palo Alto Networks.
  • Resolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology, Tier 2
  • Lead small-to-mid-sized IT projects and project teams.
  • Assist with architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology.
  • Technical expertise on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of computer infrastructure hardware/software.
  • Liaison with vendors, partners, and external resources.
  • Ability to train other staff on technical operations.
  • Subject matter expert on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of multiple computer infrastructure hardware/software solutions.
Specialized Skills:
  • Computer infrastructure-centered certifications required; network related preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking and design, security, Local and Wide Area network design
  • Experience with servers, virtualization, and storage systems
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise level network design and support.
  • CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or relevant industry certifications preferred.
