Job description

Job Title: Credentialed Trainer I

Location: SBC Corporation

Pay Range: $62,476.45 - $88,248.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Credentialed Trainer delivers Epic and Informational Technology (IT) function educational programs and supports end users. Utilizes current curriculum, lessons, and training materials to conduct Epic and other IT application training for end users. Collaborate with members of the project and training team to assist in developing and maintain the training program.

As a Credentialed Trainer, a typical day may include:

  • Ensuring your quality of work is satisfactory and timely based on deadlines stipulated by Principal Trainers and Leadership
  • Maintaining professionalism as a representative of the Training Team
  • Providing support for customers for workflow reinforcement, activations, and initiatives
  • Facilitating regular training course offerings serving as the lead instructor or co-instructor
  • Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Application s training curricula
  • Maintaining administrative pre-course and post-course processes
  • Responding to customer s needs and collaborate with other training staff to identify and develop appropriate technological solutions for teaching and learning
  • Maintaining continued ticket communication with customers ongoing and with closing incidents catalog tickets
  • Communicating with higher level Credentialed Trainers and Principal Trainers to determine necessary escalation
  • Performing ancillary duties such as General Float and Site Coordinator,
  • Escalating issues as needed to Principal Trainer
