Job Description
EssentialFunctions:
As a Yardi Senior Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between operations and technology, helping teams get the most out of our Yardi platform. You will:
  • Own L3 and L4 escalated support cases, delivering timely and strategic resolutions
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Yardi Voyager 8, CRM IQ, SiteManager, RentCafe, and related modules
  • Analyze and document user needs to recommend configuration changes or enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and integrations
  • Test new features, assist in implementations, and support training efforts
  • Escalate critical issues with well-documented context and analysis
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including best practices, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policies
  • Build Yardi reports to provide better visibility to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and related platforms in a technical capacity
  • Knowledge in various Yardi modules/applications including but not limited to: Yardi (Voyager 7S & 8), with exposure to Residential, Commercial, Accounting, P2P, Job Cost, Fixed Asset, SiteManager, VoyagerPlus SI Flex/CRM IQ, Concierge, RentCafe, VendorCafe, etc. (preferably in a product, project, or business analyst capacity)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of property management workflows
  • Proficient in SQL and reporting tools, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Comfortable analyzing system behavior and recommending improvements to business stakeholders
  • Skilled at managing support tickets and delivering outstanding service to end users
  • Collaborative, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
