Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Support, maintain, and administer enterprise business applications, primarily Tyler Munis and ERP systems
- Manage application upgrades, configurations, security roles, and user access
- Provide daily application support and troubleshoot system issues
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
- Manage integrations between applications and SaaS platforms
- Extract and manipulate data using Microsoft SQL Server for reporting and integrations
- Develop reports using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI
- Support API and web service integrations
- Create and maintain application documentation and procedures
- Conduct user training and provide end-user support across departments
- Participate in on-call support rotations
- Ensure application environments are up-to-date with upgrades and patches
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams on escalated issues
- Required to have strong experience with Tyler Munis, ERP platforms, and UKG Time & Attendance
- Must possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of application support, systems analysis, or ERP support experience
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (SSO), IIS, and Microsoft technologies
- Must be able to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship
- Onsite role in Delray Beach, FL; contract-to-hire position
