Overview

CTG is seeking a Customer Application Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for business applications used by our customers. This role is responsible for troubleshooting application issues, resolving user inquiries, documenting solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Location: Anchorage, AK

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer application support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor support tickets and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams as needed.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and system changes.
  • Assist with application testing, upgrades, and user training.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
