You'll regularly interact with users to gather detailed information about their issues, provide timely updates, and deliver solutions or workarounds. On the technical side, you communicate user-reported problems to developers or system administrators, ensuring accurate information is relayed for efficient troubleshooting. This role requires clear communication, patience, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
