Job description

  • Works as a team member with other IT Support staff on our end users with software, hardware, network issues and troubleshooting resolutions
  • Takes responsibility and is accountable for support tickets until completion and the client is satisfied with the level of service
  • Responds to users’ requests for information and assists in problem resolution; escalates to the appropriate IT support personnel in accordance with established help desk policies and standards

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience using Dynamics NAV and understanding of concepts in networking (LAN/WAN), Windows servers, Virtualization, VDI deployment, Active Directory
  • Demonstrated experience using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet browsers (Chrome, Explorer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate all hardware and software in use within the enterprise
  • Adept with current desktop deployment imaging technologies and concepts
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Familiarity in use of Help Desk ticketing systems
