Job description

Job Summary:
Xerox Holdings Corporation is a leader in office and production print technology, expanding into software and services for the hybrid workplace. They are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead application and solution deployment activities, ensuring alignment between Engineering, QA, and Operational Delivery teams across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary focal point for all application and solution deployment activities across assigned projects
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end deployment lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Work closely with Engineering and QA teams using Azure DevOps (Kanban) to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery transparency
• Interface with Operational Delivery teams operating in a Waterfall/cascade model to ensure alignment of timelines, dependencies, and release readiness
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between technical and non-technical teams
• Drive prioritization, demand management, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Facilitate daily/weekly governance, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, release planning, and stakeholder updates
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tools
Qualifications:
Required:
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Strong project management experience, ideally within technology, application delivery, or systems integration environments
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner)
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Kanban/Scrum), with practical use of Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Experience operating in hybrid delivery models combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across both technical (Engineering, QA) and non-technical (Operations, Business) teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience in managing demand, prioritization, and high-priority issue resolution in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred:
• Experience with large-scale application or enterprise solution deployments
• Familiarity with release management and change management processes
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within regulated or complex organizational environments
