Compri Consulting is seeking a Manager, Platform & Vendor Integrations for a direct hire, onsite position in Austin, TX. This person will lead vendor relationships, application production support, issue escalation, and third party integrations across a user facing technology ecosystem. This is a player-coach role for someone who can lead a small team while remaining actively involved in vendor management and critical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology/software vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to SLAs, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
  • Triage and prioritize application issues based on business and user impact.
  • Coordinate escalations across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Own critical issues through resolution and identify trends or recurring problems.
  • Oversee third-party platform integrations and ongoing vendor performance.
  • Lead vendor reviews and proactively improve service and user experience.
  • Manage and develop a small team while remaining hands-on with key vendors and escalations.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of experience in technology vendor management, application production support, integrations, or platform operations.
  • Strong experience managing software/SaaS vendors and SLAs.
  • Experience with issue triage, escalation management, and application support.
  • Prior people leadership experience with a hands-on, player-coach approach.
  • Financial services, fintech, or wealth-management technology experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and ability to drive issues through resolution.
  • This is not an infrastructure, networking, hardware, or traditional service desk role. The ideal candidate understands technology but excels at vendor management, user experience, prioritization, and getting the right resources engaged to solve problems.
