Position Summary:

Marucci Sports is looking for a Raw Materials Processor to join our team! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming raw materials, preparing items for production, and maintaining inventory flow throughout the facility. This role also collaborates effectively with other team members to support various operational needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming raw materials ensuring they are appropriately categorized.
  • Process and sort incoming cut bats.
  • Prepares Trophy Bats for production.
  • Prepares preturned bats for production.
  • Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and store materials as needed.
  • Maintain the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Organize raw material waste according to classification.
  • Replenish shop with available inventory as needed.
  • Unload/load all incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Restack pallets for inventory placement, ensuring stability and proper organization.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.
  • Able to work on problems of moderate complexity and that require ability to identify causes, analyze data and resolve issues.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, data entry, and communication.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong focus on safety.
  • Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Position Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
