Job description

Join Card Application Processing and help improve how customers apply for and receive credit. You will work with product and technology teams to remove friction, deliver new capabilities, and improve outcomes at scale.

As a Senior Product Associate in Card Application Processing, you translate customer and business needs into prioritized work that improves how credit card applications are processed. You lead agile delivery routines, partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, and collaborate closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality features. You communicate progress and insights to senior leaders and help drive continuous improvement across the product roadmap.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead agile team routines, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Partner with product owners to gather, clarify, and refine requirements from stakeholders.

  • Run discovery and working sessions to improve backlog quality and readiness.

  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to support sprint execution and delivery goals.

  • Drive quarterly planning and support roadmap milestones for the teams you support.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and testable.

  • Provide demos and presentations that showcase delivered work and outcomes.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions with clear, data-informed updates for senior leaders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product, business analysis, operations, project management, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and presenting to stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive operational improvements.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including strong presentation and analysis skills.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with a consultative approach.

  • Experience leading agile ceremonies and supporting agile delivery.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve analysis and decision-making.

  • Technical knowledge that supports effective partnership with technology teams.

  • Demonstrated experience applying agile methods in product delivery.
