Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in our Wilmington, DE office)

This role offers hands-on experience in real estate, legal research, and title insurance while working alongside an experienced team that will invest in your development. What You'll Do

As a Title Production Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our team deliver high-quality title products and exceptional service to our agents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to agent inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

  • Opening new orders and coordinating workflow with team members.

  • Researching and obtaining documents from New Castle County offices.

  • Conducting back-title research using company records.

  • Supporting the team in delivering accurate title products while meeting important deadlines.
