Job Summary:
Netsmart is transforming healthcare technology through the power of cloud, data, and AI. They are seeking a Principal Architect to lead the evolution of their application ecosystem, modernizing legacy platforms and driving application-to-cloud transformation across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cloud and application transformation strategy including App → Cloud initiatives
• Drive modernization using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Develop prototypes and reference architecture
• Architect solutions across AWS
• Mentor other engineers and architects
• Champion AI/ML and data-driven engineering approaches
• Partner with executive leadership on technology strategy
• Guide SDLC architecture standards and governance
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience as Principal or Lead Architect in enterprise environments
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Experience with .NET, C#, distributed systems
• Track record leading modernization initiatives
• Proven success with application-to-cloud transformations
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
