Job description

E-Logic is seeking a qualified Management Support Analyst to provide program and project execution support for the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate. The selected candidate will assist with program management, workload planning, resource analysis, administrative operations, and coordination among government stakeholders to support the successful execution of planning, design, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program and project execution management support; analyze program execution data and resource requirements.
  • Support acquisition programs and funds management; coordinate meetings, group work sessions, travel, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare reports; prepare workflow, operational, and cost studies.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associate\'s degree focused on business, management, or finance AND 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project; Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in data-analysis software (Power BI).
  • Strong communication; team building/leadership; project-lifecycle management; business concepts (HR modeling, resource allocation, strategic planning).
  • Valid driver\'s license.

Location: Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051). The position requires frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base. TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period. While performing work at NSA Bahrain, employees may be required to work in austere environments due to damaged facilities and must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
