Description/Responsibilities
Focus on integrating clinical devices with EHR systems.
Responsible for the ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance of integrated clinical devices being supported by the Masimo interface.
Lead in collaboration between internal teams including interfaces, EHR application teams, Clinical engineering and Infrastructure teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
The lead on integration projects, adhering to the IT System Lifecycle methodology, producing functional and /or technical specifications, conducting meetings, completing system upgrades and coordinating volume testing, leading and adhering to the BILH IT system change management processes
Work with the user community to develop functional business requirements that adhere to the standard IT project methodology
The lead in resolving cross-functional issues that are escalated throughout the development, testing, implementation, and support of the lifecycle.
Supports assigned production environments, troubleshoots technical application issues, documents incoming requests whether handled internally in IS or with a vendor. Delivers high quality support during the implementation of new devices.
Provides Clinical device related guidance to other team members.
Maintains/Writes documentation and procedures for managing integrated clinical devices with the EHR.
Provide updates on status and progress of support tasks and projects.
