MUST HAVE: Need single sign on, identity management and Portal skills

Application architect or very experienced technical leader with more hands on experience leading development project technical resource, solving complex problems, setting technical direction, ensuring adherence to standards, and reviewing technical designs. 

Minimum of 10 years experience in advanced technologies including a minimum of 7+ years as a technical architect 

Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent (Advanced degree desired) 

J2EE/Java development background
