Full-time

Re-posted 15 days ago

Job description

OneHope is an international Christian nonprofit with the mission: God's Word, Every Child. We develop Scripture-engagement programs that are used by global partners and churches to help share Jesus with children and youth. We work hand-in-hand with our global teams to contextualize the programs that we develop for the cultures they are intended to serve. Through collaborating with local churches, schools, and governments, we have reached over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message through print, storytelling, film, and digital programs since we began in 1987.

Cultivate, OneHope's internship program, is designed for students and recent graduates who have a desire to connect their valuable skills with mission-driven work, investing in their gifts and passions while serving the global Church. At OneHope, we make an effort to build in opportunities and experiences to support relational, professional, spiritual, and missional growth. With affordable, on-site housing located 15 minutes away from the beach, our internship program is a one-of-a-kind paid experience. To see some fun highlights, check out our Instagram @cultivateusa!

Why this form?

This is an interest form for the upcoming 2027 internship cycles.
If you're excited about what God is doing through OneHope, we'd love to stay in touch with you when applications open for future terms.

How we approach placement:

We prioritize fit over fixed roles.

Rather than hiring for rigid positions, we seek to match interns based on:

  • Your skills, interests, and passions
  • Current ministry needs across our teams

This flexible approach allows us to create meaningful experiences where you can both grow and contribute to our mission.

What we are looking for in all of our interns:

  • Shared alignment with OneHope's mission, vision, and values.
  • Desire to grow and willingness to adapt to ministry needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Do you have a placement for my major?

We have a wide variety of majors represented! In case it helps, here are some of our favorites: Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Human Resources, International Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology/Sociology, Software Development.

Note: This is not an application form. When applications for our 2027 internship terms open, we will be in touch!
