Job description


We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Application Engineer to own and deliver the technology that powers our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a true build-and-run role designing, developing, administering, and supporting platforms end-to-end while partnering closely with the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Microsoft Customer Insights, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and related tools
  • Design, build, and deploy solutions and automations across sales and marketing workflows
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities, including Copilot Studio and conversational automation
  • Manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Drive user adoption through training, governance, and ongoing support
  • Manage vendors, licenses, and platform roadmap

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in application engineering and platform management
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Customer Insights
  • Experience building apps, automations, and integrations (APIs, Azure services)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Copilot Studio (Moveworks a plus)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • Strong business partnership and communication skills

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid role based out of Fishers, IN (in-office presence required)
  • Up to 10% travel

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, wireless, or multi-location environments
