Job Description:

Join the team that is working on next generation ATE (Automatic Testing Equipment) solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in getting their digital test requirements turned into reality. You'll work on cutting-edge technology, working side by side with our customers in close collaboration with R&D and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment. This is an ideal position for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring both in depth knowledge of the V93000 system, as well as strong SW and AI skills for creating test programs and tooling to meet customer needs.

  • Support customers on debugging and resolving SmarTest SW issues.
  • Write scripts/tools (perl/python) and adopt the latest AI solutions to assist customers in improving their process quality and time to market.
  • Train customers on new SW and HW solutions coming out of R&D and the Advantest Application Development Center.
  • Collect and collaborate with R&D and external teams on customer requirements to help develop next generation solutions.
  • Clearly communicate Advantest's strengths, solutions, and roadmap strategy to our customers, addressing technical challenges that arise on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and execute pre-sales activities such as customer presentations and paper benchmark projects, requirements analysis, competitive positioning activities, etc.
  • Push and roll out new products (hardware and software) at customer sites to support the 93k business.

Travel:
