Job Summary:
Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Java Developer to support Wealth Management technology initiatives. The role involves hands-on development, system design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, focusing on building and enhancing enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring, JDBC, and JPA/Hibernate
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and product teams on system design and delivery
• Analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and production support
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests
• Document technical designs, requirements, and issue resolutions
• Mentor junior developers and support team best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years of Java development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, APIs, SQL, and relational databases
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
