In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budget requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in project management and is committed to maintaining the highest standards.
Position Description
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to specified timelines and budget constraints.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with safety and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Assist with sales activities and foster strong customer relationships.

Position Requirements
  • Prior experience in construction or relevant internships is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and firestop-related documentation.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
